Trump admin investigates Puerto Rico mayors for mishandling of US aid
Update 10-20-17 3:30pm.
Below is a tweet from a reporter in Puerto Rico of a video from the Secretary of State in a dumpster full of MREs and bottled water from the U.S. According to survival guides, MREs in 90+ degree weather should last 4-5 years. Disgusting and more to investigate.

Most of you probably have seen the picture of San Juan, Puerto Rico mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz, standing in front of pallets of aid from the U.S. complaining that President Trump has been ignoring her country and hasn’t sent any relief. For those of you who may have not seen it or have forgotten, the picture is at the right.
Many have been wondering how anyone can be so stupid, but she’s a Democrat so one can draw their own conclusion.
But that’s not the worst of it. Much of this aid and items from others had gone undelivered to citizens all around the country who were devastated by hurricane Maria. Yes, there are power outages. Yes, roads have been washed away. However, the National Guard, FEMA and the Coast Guard have been dropping and delivering packages to those in outlaying areas and bringing drivers in to transport these aid items in spite of what Mayor Cruz has asserted:
“I’m mad as hell because my people’s lives are at stake… We are dying, and you (Trump) are killing us with inefficiency”
Also according to FEMA, Mayor Cruz had not attended one of their briefings, at least until President Trump paid a visit.
Now it seems there may be a reason Mayor Cruz has acted as she did: accusations she and other mayors gave badly needed supplies to their cronies and “favorites,” including some say, but as yet unsupported, people who voted for them.
Now Rep. Rob Bishop’s (R-UT) congressional committee, the House Natural Resources, has opened an investigation and sent letters to both the director of FEMA, Brock Long; and FBI Director Christopher Wray, asking them to investigate alledged malfeasance. The letter to Administrator Long can be found here and the letter to FBI Director Wray can be found here.
Chairman Bishop has asked for responses from both parties by October 23.
As a friend of mine on twitter responded when I posted the featured image on twitter:
Don’t you love it when these b**ches self-identify so we don’t have to explain it to the other side.
