Secret Service hooker scandal yet ANOTHER distraction – look at the other hand

See what the other hand is doing

20120421-155330.jpgObama and his White House Occupiers are great at tossing a lot of balls in the air to distract the media and we the people from what he doesn’t want us paying attention to. What better way to distract a sex-obsessed US media than a sex scandal? Involve a normally spotless agency like the US Secret Service, better still. Throw in the US military, even better.

What does the White House want to distract us from lately?

How about the Justice Department using the anti-semitic, Christian-hating Media Matters for America as an official source for information? Must FOIA requests now be directed through MMFA?

How about Obama wanting to cut Tricare benefits to the US military, while leaving benefits untouched for federal union employees?

Let’s not even LOOK at anything Darrell Issa and the Oversight and Reform Committee are up to, including finding out the Obama White House knew some time ago (they were told specifically) that there was a huge problem with GSA:

The Honorable Michael J. Robertson, Chief of Staff, U.S. General Services Administration spills the beans on when he reported the GSA’s lavish Las Vegas waste of taxpayer money to the Obama White House, and tells us who he told in the White House.

Fast and Furious? Pay no attention to that whatsoever, after all, the some guys from the Secret Service refused to pay a hooker in Colombia. Let’s get to the bottom of that.

Is it just possible, maybe, that someone in the higher echelons of White House politics needed a distraction right about now?

Never let a crisis go to waste.

  1. Unfortunately sex scandals are a “legitimate” form of Pornography. The more seedy the circumstances and if video is involved, the better.

A distraction of who maybe got let in the country or some type of special deal to not so nice people. Maybe something really nasty in the woodshed was discovered. Nasty enough to have charges of Treason levied within the inner circle.

  2. Unfortunately, the few remaining serious journalists and news outlets have no imagination. An official spokesman for DOJ directing people to MMFA for information could produce scenarios like this: DOJ press corps publicly announcing they would henceforth bypass DOJ and go Directly to MMFA for comment. WH Press corps similarly boycotting Jay Carney and announcing they will henceforth assemble daily at MMFA headquarters (they must have an office somewhere) for the daily briefing.
Again, there are fewer and fewer principled people in political journalism, in journalism period, all the time. If they continue to dance to the tune of the puppet masters, they will ALL soon be thrown in the rubbish bin outside the Ministry of Information.
