If Justice Kennedy Believes What He Says, He Will Strike Down Obamacare!

If Justice Kennedy believes that Obamacare changes the relationship between government and the American people in a way no law ever has before; then he must also realize that he must strike it down. If he does not, he will betray the very Constitution he promised – before God – to uphold. After hearing him today I don’t think he has any other choice but to strike down Obamacare as an attack on the freedom of We The People of these United States of America. Audio of Justice Anthony Kennedy

KENNEDY: Health care law “changes the relationship between the individual and the government in a very fundamental way.”

KENNEDY: Can you “create” commerce in order to regulate it? Suggests govt has “heavy burden” in health care case.
