Newt Owns Obama on Drill Baby Drill

When he is on his game, Newt can make anybody look like a total idiot. Check out what he does to Obama in this short video:

There is no possible reply Obama can make to the facts laid out in the video. On the subjects of drilling and supply and demand, Obama is a proven “know nothing” or a liar.

  1. Great find, TG.

Not only does this expose Obama for his fatuous energy policy, it cements again the notion that Newt by far has the intellectual prowess and the ability to frame debate to best take on the current inhabitant of the WH.

  2. We all know this. Every conservative in the country knows this, even the ones claiming to be conservative but backing Mitt. As a practical matter, Newt would be a fanastic VP, a Dick Cheney for a younger President (one about 61 years old who had a youthful passion for a de-centralized America). 🙂

    • Four years ago, naturalgas was $14. Now it is less than $3. Thank God so much of the shale gas is on private property and in states that encouraged going after it.

There’s also a lot of oil to be had in the U.S. They are taking a lot of oil in some of the shale gas plays- a bonus.

There are test wells in the deep gulf that have yielded 100,000 bbls day. That is not insignifcant, even in a country using 19 million bbls per day. Developing those deepwater resources is not going to happen while Obama is president.

That alone is reason enough to fire Obama in November. The gangsters in the middle east are praying that doesn’t happen.

  3. Frankly I think that Newt was too kind. Obama ain’t at all confused, this is deliberate as shown by his orders to the DOE, EPA, DOI, USDA and all the other alphabet soup agencies who have a hand in Obama’s energy policy which is “everything is on the table, except for oil, NG, coal, and nuclear.” This admin is more concerned about protecting a 4″ fish than making the US energy independent.
