The State As Servant, Not As Master: The Freedom To Be UN-Equal

What conservative doesn’t love Margaret Thatcher, she of the force of will that was the most recent war against communism/socialism/progressivism. It was Ms. Thatcher and President Ronald Reagan together with Lech Walesa who saw their hard work bear fruition with the disintegration of the Soviet Union. That my friends was in our lifetime and here we stand again on the precipice of socialism in America, the final frontier in the ages old battle for control of man, or man in control of himself. What we have in America today under the auspices of Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party is socialism. It is easy to say that as they themselves have proven vote after vote to desire full and complete control over each and every one of us. They have done it slowly, starting with attaching everyone to socialist security, they followed that up with welfare, which kept more people attached and devoid of freedom then any other program, then medicare and finally the most recent Obamacare. All of those programs were created with the intention of having each and every American citizen beholden to the government for their lives and livelihoods.

It has been 30+ years since President Ronald Reagan and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher fought the evil forces of the State and it is now our time, our candidate that we choose and the Senators and Congresspeople that we send to Washington, DC to stop the State and make it a servant once again. We have slipped so very far from the freedom found in the original documents of our founding. America was founded to escape the State having control and yet We The People have allowed it to do just that again.

I have had for years a saying of Ms. Thatchers on my dining room wall that says “I am extraordinarily patient, provided I get my own way in the end”, if it takes me to the day I die, I will get my way in this fight for FREEDOM. I have to fight, I have children and future grandchildren who deserve to have a free and prosperous America, just as I had, just as Reagan and Thatcher both saw us.
