If these suckers didn’t have positions of authority and power, it would be hilarious. As it is, if the Democrats are not embarrassed, they should be.
First, Debbie Two Names – The Parrot:
“What I say to independent voters is that the demonization of our leaders like President Obama, like the Republicans did to Nancy Pelosi in the 2010 campaign, is absolutely unacceptable, and I think they will reject it across the board. People know that each of us that runs for office stands on our own record. It’s irresponsible for a political party to engage in that kind of demonization, particularly of the President of the United States.”
Now, the man one heartbeat away from the Presidency (distressingly):
In Philadelphia on Tuesday, standing with Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey and other officers at Houston Hall at the University of Pennsylvania, the vice president said that one argument he’s “heard from my friends who oppose” the jobs bill is that “this is just temporary.”
“Well let me tell you, it’s not temporary when that 911 call comes in and a woman’s being raped if a cop shows up in time to prevent the rape,” he continued. “It’s not temporary to that woman.
“It’s not temporary to the guy whose store is being held up and a gun is being pointed to his head,” he continued, “if a cop shows up and he’s not killed, that’s not temporary to that store owner.
“Give me a break, ‘temporary’!” the Veep said. “I wish these guys that thought it’s temporary, I wish they had some notion what it’s like to be on the other side of a gun. Or a 200 pound man standing over you telling you to submit. Folks, it matters. It matters!”
Knowing that this Stimulus Jr. is entirely temporary, is he volunteering for the position of rape victim when it expires?
And because Joe is all about doubling down:
Seriously, Joe? Get bent.
By the way, Debbie Two Names, is this the kind of rhetoric against the President and other party you abhor?
(CNSNews.com) – Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday that “people died” and “people’s homes burned to the ground,” because the Bush administration allowed “God-awful Ponzi schemes” on Wall Street.
“In many cities the result has been–and it’s not unique–murder rates are up, robberies are up, rapes are up. And folks, there’s a simple reason for that. It’s been a perfect storm out there from the God-awful Ponzi schemes that the last outfit allowed Wall Street to engage in, resulted in this gigantic collapse of the financial industry.”
Biden continued: “Housing–the bottom fell out, foreclosures increased, particularly in poor neighborhoods, abandoned homes were created, drug lords moved in, arson increased, budgets fall because the property taxes fall, cops and firefighters are laid off, response times increase from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and people died and people’s homes burned to the ground.”
“What’s the criticism we hear from our friends on the other side? This is temporary. We’re only coming up with a temporary solution. Well let me tell you, there’s nothing temporary about kindergartens being eliminated. That is affecting that child for the rest of their life,” Biden said. “There is nothing temporary about your house burning down.”
Ahhh. I love the smell of assploding hypocrisy in the morning. These people are contemptible.
