Obama’s “Jobs” Bill Subverts States Rights

Barack Hussein Obama and those who wrote this bill for him, are definitely trying to usurp the power that the Constitution gives to the States. This maniacal, petty little punk (I was going to say man, but he is no man) thinks that no one will read that bill? Did they really think they could sneak through a power grab from the Federal Government against the States? Why yes, yes he did, but that once again is the beauty of the internet it allows We The People of these United States of America to actually get an opportunity to read that which these heathens have written to destroy this Republic. I Believe Obama Is Looking For A Mutiny

Come again? Under the bill’s authority, states are not immune from federal prosecution if they “violate” the act. In the event this bill passes, it will override a state’s sovereign authority as defined and protected under the 11th amendment:

The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

By what authority does a bill that seeks to “create jobs” and concern itself with things such as “payroll relief” and “teacher stabilization” have the right to override the 11th amendment?

It gets even better:

(A) WAIVER- A State’s receipt or use of Federal financial assistance for any program or activity of a State shall constitute a waiver of sovereign immunity, under the 11th Amendment to the Constitution or otherwise, to a suit brought by an employee or applicant for employment of that program or activity under this Act for a remedy authorized under Section 375(c) of this Act [emphasis added].

2012 is going to be huge and the truth is that every day for the rest of our lives, we who are committed to this Country must be ever watchful no matter who is in the White House.

The whole bill is a farce. I read that it has $3 worth of tax increases for every $1 of cuts. And he counts airport fee increases as a spending cut.

And that blue book thingy he was waving around at his speeches? Nothing. There isn’t really a bill yet. Talk about amateur hour.

This entire administration is like a peek through the looking glass.
