New Ford ad blasts GM and the Obama bailouts

Should be mixing it with a slogan from McDonalds; “I’m Loving It!”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=b_mwjaEI_hM

Ford owner “Chris” in the commercial says;

“I wasn’t going to buy any another car that was bailed out by our government. I was going to buy from a manufacturer that’s standing on their own, win, lose, or draw. That’s what America’s about is taking the chance to succeed and understanding when you fail that you gotta pick yourself up and go back to work. Ford is that company for me.”

  1. I’m a Farm Bureau member and we used to have a rebate program with Dodge. All new truck buyers got a $500 rebate from Dodge.

    Last year, I contacted the state office and told them that I thought we should support companies that were not subsidized by Uncle Sugar. Farm Bureau would not like competing against insurance companies that were propped up by taxpayers and we should do business with the car company that competed in the free market.

    Now our rebates are for Ford Trucks. I told them last time I talked to them that that’s perfect because we (and other farmers like us) won’t be buying anything from Gov’t Motors.

    Good job, Ford, for doing it on your own and for proclaiming the value of the American Spirit: Independence – win, lose, or die.
