What more can be said about the disgusting piece of filth that the New York Times continues to allow to write in their supposed paper of record, which we all know to be a paper of lies? Except, get that man some medicine before he hurts himself or someone else. This is the nut who was praying to whatever false God liberals pray to, for real damage during Irene so that money could be funneled from the federal government to the states to fix the damage. Normal people pray for no damage at all or that the hurricane will veer off course, but not Paul Krugman. He wanted to help out his friend Obama in the PR department. Today, on the anniversary of a horrible, despicable attack on our Country, he doesn’t write to condemn radical Islam who attacked this country, instead he turns his ugly mind upon President Bush and Mayor Giuliani, and writes how they raced to “cash in” on the horror. Well, Mr. Krugman, I Was There. I Watched Those Men And They Are Something You Will Never Be – Heroes.
Is it just me, or are the 9/11 commemorations oddly subdued?
Actually, I don’t think it’s me, and it’s not really that odd.
What happened after 9/11 — and I think even people on the right know this, whether they admit it or not — was deeply shameful. Te atrocity should have been a unifying event, but instead it became a wedge issue. Fake heroes like Bernie Kerik, Rudy Giuliani, and, yes, George W. Bush raced to cash in on the horror. And then the attack was used to justify an unrelated war the neocons wanted to fight, for all the wrong reasons.
A lot of other people behaved badly. How many of our professional pundits — people who should have understood very well what was happening — took the easy way out, turning a blind eye to the corruption and lending their support to the hijacking of the atrocity?
The memory of 9/11 has been irrevocably poisoned; it has become an occasion for shame. And in its heart, the nation knows it.
I’m not going to allow comments on this post, for obvious reasons.
He is not allowing comments because he is a evil, shallow, hateful man and he knows damn well that 99% of those comments would be to tell him just that!
