I’m sure everyone remembers Hoffa’s words at a rally in Detroit last weekend for Obama. But in case any of you have forgotten….
“We got to keep an eye on the battle that we face: The war on workers. And you see it everywhere, it is the Tea Party. And you know, there is only one way to beat and win that war. The one thing about working people is we like a good fight. And you know what? They’ve got a war, they got a war with us and there’s only going to be one winner. It’s going to be the workers of Michigan, and America. We’re going to win that war,” Hoffa told thousands of workers gathered for the annual Labor Day rally.
“President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march… Everybody here’s got a vote…Let’s take these sons of bitches out [emphasis mine] and give America back to an America where we belong,”
All Conservatives and Tea Partiers are naturally outraged not only by the above remarks by a “Union Thug in Chief” but by all the name-calling and monikers the Left has used against the Right. One of the worst being “tea bagger.”
One conservative fella, Justen Charters, had the idea of getting his point across that this was one more piece of leftist, unacceptable piece of behavior and advocated on his FaceBook page sending used tea bags to Hoffa at the Teamsters headquarters in D.C. Below is a screen shot of Charters’ FaceBook page:
Notice also that Charters is very “considerate and sensitive to the postal system” and just asks that people send the string and insert from the used tea bag: not the entire tea bag itself.
Well, Charters didn’t gauge very well the manner of the “people” he was dealing with, namely one of the most powerful unions and union-master in the world, because a union “mastermind” came up with what he thought was even a *better* idea in retaliation, which would make his point absolutely clear:
Yea, you are seeing this correctly: mail your feces to Justen Charters. I’ve blocked out the name of the FaceBook poster and Charters’ address, which absolutely was posted, for his protection.
H/t to Erick Brockway, according to the USPS website prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
The terms used in the standards for Division 6.2 materials are defined as follows:
a. Infectious substance means a material known or reasonably expected to contain a pathogen. A pathogen is a microorganism that can cause disease in humans or animals. Examples of pathogens include bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other infectious agents. An infectious substance must be assigned to one of the following two categories:
1. Category A: An infectious substance transported in a form capable of causing permanent disability or life-threatening or fatal disease in otherwise healthy humans or animals when exposure occurs. Category A infectious substances are not mailable. A Category A infectious substance is assigned the identification number UN 2814 or UN 2900, based on the known medical history or symptoms of the source patient or animal, endemic local conditions, or professional judgment concerning the individual circumstances of the source human or animal.
The words *e. coli and HIV* first come to mind. E. coli is found in ALL excrement, and can be deadly if ingested orally. And of course, we all know about HIV which can be found in the excrement of infected individuals. So not only would the recipient of such a package be at risk, but also postal workers and any others who might be handling that package.
Below is a salient comment from one prominent blog which I won’t reveal because they do have posted Charters’ address:
Yeah, send your DNA signature in a plastic bag, so the Feds can nail your sorry, filthy, viles asses to the wall for the Federal Crime you will be committing. Go ahead, make my day.
Union intimidation and threats have manifested itself in many forms: screaming, chest thumping, face-punching and the possible attempted murder of a non-union Ohio business owner (preliminary evidence suggests the owner was shot at the behest of the unions, but the investigation is still ongoing and not conclusive).
Just when you think they can’t come up with anything else, the “union think tank” comes up with this one.
Am I surprised? Unfortunately not. As the unions see their once cushy world slowly slipping away they are turning to more and more desperate tactics.
Let’s hope no one is stupid enough to pull a stunt like this, but I’m not holding my breath.
Charters, I hope you have instructed the USPS to hold all your mail.
