Bob Beckel Can Insult Anyone He Wants: He Is A Liberal

Bob Beckel specifically said, and I quote “I don’t need a damn thing … I’m a liberal and I can get away with this stuff,” replied Beckel”. What would make Beckel say that? You have to watch the video to truly enjoy it and to see how contemptible the man is and why it is that liberals believe they are an entitled “class”, even the whites in the liberal party believe they can say anything about any race, sex or religion and their brethren in the media will ignore it. Liberal Get Out Of Trouble Card

A Fox News “The Five” panel member apologized repeatedly Friday for using racially-tinged language on air.

The panel was discussing the possibility of Michael Vick – the NFL player who was once convicted of dog fighting in Virginia and served 19 months in prison — getting a dog. Beckel then slipped into a Southern twang and explained his view of the type of people who watch dog fighting.

“What?” asked panelist Andrea Tantaros after Beckel described them as being consumers of “RC Cola” and “MoonPies.”

“I’m sorry. I’m talking about a bunch of rednecks down in that place where he was running those things,” Beckel responded as he tried to cue a commercial break. “I used to be a redneck, I can talk about rednecks.”

Later on the show, Beckel apologized. “When I talk about rednecks; blacks are rednecks, whites are rednecks, I was a redneck, Chinamen are rednecks.”

When Glenn Beck left the 5PM slot, I actually gave it a shot, but Beckel was to much for this conservative to sit through.

  1. As a Fighting Gamecock that is not a liberal, I can confirm that, almost by definition, rednecks (people that are prone to fighting at the drop of a hat) of all hues are the main constituency for cock and dog fighting! I have represented several dog trainers! no more later…client confidentiality and all…smile

  2. Now that Beck is gone, i try to watch that 5PM slot on Fox again. Beckel is on old-style liberal, crook-on-the-street type. and I guess they’re paying him a lot for “star power” because he is as factually wrong on facts as anyone I’ve there in a long time…and the rest of the panel either lets him get away with it, or doesn’t known any better.

Beckel is there for Show Biz, not politics, not liberalism.

  3. I can’t stand Beckel, and after trying to watch “The Five” show a couple of times, it is absolutely a show I won’t have on. They may let him get away with it for entertainment purposes, but it is the lying trash out of his mouth that the ignorant people land up letting into their brains.

  4. Beckel always looks like he’s having acute indigestion. He is locked in a 1948 time warp. Democrats to him are all Pennsylvania coal miners with steel lunch pails and Repubs are well-heeled millionaires with pencil-thin moustaches and a handkerchief tucked dapperly in their double-breasted blue, pin-stripe jacket. News flash the coal miners’ kids grew up to be Reagan Republicans, and the Black Panthers in Philly who intimidated voters are Democrat 2.0. Eh, it’s a living he still pulls down that paycheck from Fox.

  5. You know what disturbs me the most about people like Beckel, Jaded? They set out this premise that they have NO responsibility as a citizen of this nation to respect the law, much less abide by it. And as a public figure, the potential does exist that other members of our society will be influenced by their attitude.

Rather than respecting the opportunity they’ve been given to encourage other Americans to be law-abiding, they spout this “above the law” nonsense out the ying-yang.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander?

May God help us if law-abiding citizens get worn down to the point of total apathy and disgust of this behavior, because lawless behavior in our society is likely to increase a thousand times over.
