Hospitalman Riley Gallinger-Long, 19, of Cornelius OR

died 11 Aug, in Hellmand Province, Afghanistan  while on dismounted patrol with Marines

He was assigned to 1st Bn, 6th Marine Regimental Combat Team 1, 2nd Marine Division,  II Mariner Expeditionary Force

Stand Down,  Sailor

Rest in Peace

 

Give me, my God, what you still have;

give me what no one asks for.
I do not ask for wealth, nor success,
nor even health.

that you cannot have any left.

Give me what people refuse to accept from you.
