A Tribute to the Fallen

This is something I’ve been meaning to do for a long time – since Memorial Day two years ago when I heard CDR. Duane Wolfe was killed in Iraq. Events of Saturday just made it…mandatory for me.

Rest in peace, brothers and sisters…

  1. No one can watch this video without tears. I don’t know how you were able to put it together. Yet, the scenes of grief and mourning are important for all to see.

To put a face to a soldier’s death…that is what reminds us of the reality of war and the price paid for freedom.

  2. Been editing it in my head for over two years, still I had to pause a couple times last night putting it together.

These people didn’t even know they were being brave, they just did their jobs despite their fear – suddenly they were heroes. They will always be.
