Reason #2012 To Not Give Money Directly To The NRSC

Because they will turn around and give it to people who have no ideological connection to you, the “conservative.” Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT), has been one of the guiding forces behind the big government Republicans that controlled the Country for at least 6 years, and Americans were able to get rid of several of them in 2006.  Still, the Socialists had gained so much traction by 2008, the extreme Left took over.  In 2010, we spoke as one voice and said, STOP IT! The divided government has worked, except for players like Hatch, who never found a bi-partisan bill he couldn’t support. He and the Washington DC Elite (Ruling class) are the problem. They are the statists and its time to throw the bums out! Never Listen To Your Senator In His Last Two Years, Watch His First Four Years, That Is True Measure Of the Senator.

The National Republican Senatorial Committee gave $43,100 to Utah Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch’s campaign, despite recent pleas from Tea Party activists that the organization wait until a Republican nominee is selected before supporting a candidate.

New filings show that the NRSC also contributed the same amount to Indiana Sen. Dick Lugar, who is also facing a GOP primary challenge. That candidate, Indiana State Treasurer Richard Mourdock, also enjoys the support of Tea Party activists.

A spokesman for the NRSC said its standard practice for the organization to give money to incumbent senators.

“The NRSC would not exist were it not for the support and fundraising efforts of all of our Republican Senators, and we assist every incumbent who is facing a competitive or potentially competitive race,” said spokesman Brian Walsh.

We found out in 2008 that giving money to the organized Republican groups is a disaster and a waste of precious hard earned dollars.  Give directly to the candidate that speaks to you, it is how Senator Marco Rubio was able to beat the machine and keep Charlie (the disgusting) Crist from being the Senator from Florida.

  1. I have no problem with the NRSC giving money to incumbents facing a competitive election; but not when the election’s a primary! They need to stay completely out of primary elections and only fund the winner of the primary, after the primary.
