Obama doesn’t think the US should be involved in “Someone else’s civil war”

Oops, rather, that should read “didn’t USED to think that way“;

During the official announcement of his presidential campaign in Springfield, IL, then-Senator Barack Obama said, “no amount of American lives can resolve the political disagreement that lies at the heart of someone else’s civil war.”

  1. Yes, and then he went into the Senate chamber and voted “present.” Now he has allowed “others to volunteer the US military” to fight a laughable civil war in Libya where NATO is promising to bomb the Ghadify forces and the Rebel forces. I thought civil wars had two sides fighting against each other, not both sides being the enemy against each other with the US being the umpire.

    • You know Jim, I truly believe a majority of Americans “get” that this man is a liar. I think they absolutely know that he is no miracle worker and that everything the media told them was a LIE as well. I already have bets that this guy is losing no matter what in 2012, to many of his constituencies are angry with him and while they won’t vote R they sure as hell won’t go to the polls, why just ask John McCain how it works for you when you piss off your voters…LOL!
