The Battle Cry Of Freedom

The Battle Cry Of Freedom

I listen to and read a lot of Conservative voices that seem to be a tad bit perplexed about 2012. They either bemoan the fact that there is no one clear leader, or that those who are in the lead (in media generated polls) will not man up to fight Obama. I find the whole exercise futile and a tad bit ridiculous. It is March of 2011, we just had a full year of a slugfest to remember. WE WON! Now, I have the person I would like to see catch fire, Herman Cain, however, I am open to anyone but Obama. I will fight against Romney and Huckabee and Daniels but I will damn well get behind them if the rest of my fellow Republican Americans decide differently. Do I think that Obama will win again? Hell no, I don’t. The man has destroyed the economy of the United States. It is only because we are the United States that we have persevered thus far. I don’t believe we would last another 4 years and I don’t believe my fellow Americans believe that either. He doesn’t get to be Mr. hope and change in 2012, he gets to be what he is, a leftist who has placed 60s radicals into positions of power to manipulate those things we hold dear. Eric Holder for one, running Justice like some Tammany Hall Democrat of the 40s, unacceptable. Kevin Jennings, a freak if there ever was one, running our schools with our precious children as the hellishly named “safe school czar,” unacceptable.

To think that anyone who watched last November the out and out rejection of everything those socialist Democrats had done and to question the ability of anyone to beat them for an office that the top Democrat is denigrating daily is short sighted and a little mentally challenged for me personally. Why yes, It is quiet on the homefront, but the little Conservative elves are busying themselves for the next big battle in the war for the whole of the United States of America. So to those talkers and those writers, sit back, relax, take a load off your overworked brains and wait because by this time next year the gloves are off. The battle will be engaged and We The People will win it all! I do believe everyone has forgotten to enjoy a spot of TEA!

  1. I’ve always admired both your spirit and your productivity, Jaded!

The writers, talkers and pundits largely earn their living doing the horse race thing. Always been so, will always be so as long as we continue to have free elections.

I get a kick out of the ones who view history and say the Republicans have always had a front-runner at this point in the past, yet we don’t today. Ironically, these are the same ones who decry a candidate who seems ‘anointed’, destined for the nomination, many months and even years out from the primaries. Remember GWB’s first Presidential primary race?

While acknowledging their horse racing addiction, I can only say that this time’s a bit different. We on our side know all too well what awaits our chosen candidate: hate, slime and what Rush calls an anal exam. (Check your files under Palin, S.) Plus, racist! Knowing this, why would a sane person charge blindly ahead?

Folks much more knowledgeable than I, many who populate this great neighborhood (with its fine NCO Club) are even now quietly marshaling awesome forces, far from the snooping eyes and ears of the anal examiners, patiently waiting until the time is ripe. As you say, we are going to win this fight, hands down, lessons learned from last November. We owe nothing to those who don’t have our back, and our vast army watches the moves of the Enemy in places like Wisconsin and Indiana, watches, learns and silently moves forward.

Our numbers increase daily. We remain smart, determined and ruthless in our pursuits. Ignore the horse racers; our tactics are meant to confuse them. The clock continues to tick, and we will win! Cheers!
