At least we *knew* who we were sticking it to back in the day

I vividly remember all the hub bub about jobs being shipped overseas under the Bush Admin. Lamentation after lamentation about we poor saps being screwed by “the man” – a greedy and uncaring Republican administration. This was happening (according to our Liberal friend) because, well, it was the Republicans doing it. Now, sadly, it’s happening again – not because of Republican greed and avarice this time – but because of the dolt running the economy into the nether regions of depression because he’s too stupid to know any better:

The head of one of the US’s biggest industrial groups has launched a scathing attack on Barack Obama’s attempts to repair relations with companies, dubbing him “anti-business”.

Manufacturers could shift production out of the US to Canada or Mexico as a result, warned George Buckley, chief executive and chairman of 3M.

“I judge people by their feet, not their mouth,” he told the Financial Times. “We know what his instincts are – they are Robin Hood-esque. He is anti-business.”

We warned ya… and now the chickens are coming home to…oh, never mind…

There's not much to say... I come from a long line of Appalachian folk that landed in America long before flipping off the King was even a twinkle in the eyes of our founding fathers. We have been Carpenters and coal miners... Soldiers & Sailors and pig farmers and Sunday morning circuit-riding preachers. Hell, I'm told we have even been fairly decent bootleggers too.
